Grrr The latest IBERIA con

Just tried to move my pre-allocated seat with IBERIA, as an Gold/Emerald card holder it is free (and BA have confirmed that it is FREE); IBERIA told me now I have to pay.

Has IBERIA gone customer service stupid !!!

If itīs a code share flight and IB is operating no. You canīt even go into Iberia.com and change, my ticket was full Y, I could understand if it was N or Q.

I finally called the BA Gold line customer services and after 30 minutes of them trying they found a way to fiddle the system. They also told me that IB has no right to charge Emerald One World Status passengers for this - yet
