Delightful Cabin Crew
I don't fly much now, compared to the past, as I'm paying the bill and not the Company.
However, I flew to Barcelona and back with BA recently in cattle class.
I have to say that on the return flight, BA 475 on 27th June, the Cabin Crew made the whole experience brilliant.
It is difficult to say in a few words what they did in a short flight to make it so good. Welcoming, smiling, providing a pleasant ambiance.......those words do not quite capture it. They appeared to be enjoying themselves, and wanted us to enjoy ourselves too. I wish it could be bottled and injected in to all crew.

PS - I have given up trying to give this feedback to BA's website. Having tried for ages, I cannot see how to do it.
