Rome (FCO) stopover

I've got a three and half hour stopover here this week.

Need to transfer from T3 to T1 too. I know this is a fairly straightforward process, and I'll be staying airside during this.

Should I hang around in T3 or hotfoot it over to T1?

Other than eat & drink, any suggestions on how I can entertain myself through the time I'm in FCO

Thanks
