Travelling with Swiss airlines.

Hello I'm planning a trip to Bangkok with Swiss Airline.
Valencia-Zurich-Bangkok and vice versa Business class.
Anyone have longhaul experience with them, and could
comment on food, comfort, hospitality etc.
Thanks, John

Business Class (BHX-ZRH) - same seat as economy but more space as fewer occupants. Good cold snack (ham & veg/couscous), little bottle of wine, micro desert and a Nespresso coffee.
First (ZRH-HKG) - a la carte menu (about 12 options), about 15 wines/champagnes, decent crockery/cutlery/glass ware, big seat/flat bed with proper duvet/pillow/pyjamas and individual escort on/off the plane. Crew/captain also like to introduce themselves individually which is nice.
From memory the business cabin behind had flat but sloping seat beds with thick blankets and cushion/pillow. Seats were in pairs too, so some people would be stepping over folks in adjoining seats to get to the aisle. If your flight has the updated business class cabin however it should be a step up from the older configuration.

Business from JFK to ZRH in a A330 was very nice. The seats went almost flat and also went under the table of the rows before me so I could stretch out almost completely (i am about 1.82 m tall). Big screen. Food and wine were ok, better than economy surely but don't expect Gordon Ramsey... I overall liked it (especially since they bumped me up for free).
