Nice airport security

About 1345 today (May 6), there was an enormous queue for security. Nice airport dealt with this by opening a total of seven gates........and cleared the queues politely, efficently and quickly. I had to wait for for 4 minutes...

My new insulin syringe seems to cause them problems at the X ray though, but they are very pleasant about it. Rather pretty security ladies, too, as an added bonus.

Heathrow could, in general, learn from them!

I'm tempted to say "That's nice", but I won't.

Was this a Pen, or an actual syringe? Just curious but like to keep informed of potential problems with insulin.

It's a pen. Funny, the old one didn't......But it did enable a friendly chat with a good looking Swiss lady on security!

John

Yet another reason that BAA is an acronym for 'Bloody Awful Airports'.
