Gatwick Transfer Times

A simple question [I hope] - if I have a scheduled arrival time at LGW North at 9:00 from the US [BA flight from TPA], do I have enough time to clear immigration, collect luggage and transfer to LGW South to check in by 10:30 for an EZY flight to MJV?
In the past I have landed at LGW at 06:00, and I could make the connection with no problems, but I am not sure what the queues will be like later in the morning, assuming the BA flight arrives on time.
MY feeling is that a few hours spent in the Yotel and then flying with EZY to ALC might be a better bet, as far as my heart rate is concerned.
Your advice would be welcome.

I am assuming you are working on the minimum 40 minutes before take off desk closes which easyjet seem to state. In that case I would not risk it.

wowzz - not impossible to make the connection, but sounds like you're cutting it seriously fine. You would need everything to run smoothly.
A trip to Alicante is likely to be a rather better idea.

Thanks for the replies - looks like a few hours in the Yotel is in order.

I think the Easyjet flights to Murcia now go from the North Terminal.
