Hi,
Im a bit of a sad act when it comes to aircraft etc, but when I go to Germany (Jet2), I want to use my receiver to listen to the communication between Pilot and ATC on my flight. Would this be allowed?

Thanks

Hi there.

All electrical gear has to be off(even a receiver) on take off, so i think you will struggle catching up with frequency changes i'm afraid. Was done on one of my flights so can be done though!

Definitely not. That would contravene various regulations and I doubt the crew would take too kindly to it either.
