Iberia Business Class

Went to Gran Canaria for a meeting, flying in Iberia Business Class. Loading at LHR somewhat chaotic, punctuality dreadful - 4 flights, 3 of them late. Cabin service superb, CC very friendly, food better than BA, price better than BA even for a codeshare flight, lounges not so easy to find but Madrid VIP lounge staff very helpful in keeping me informed of the delays. Aeroplane and toilets very clean.

I asked for a brandy after my meal: they brought two bottles for me to choose which one I wanted.......

I'll fly them again as the occasion arises.

Cannot fault IB, regularly use them LHR-MAD-HAV in J and superb service even with the transit stop in MAD which is a pain on return between terms keeps you fit. Used to use VS all the time LGW-HAV U/C but IB beat them hands down on service.
