Thomson Extra Leg-Room Seats

We are flying LGW - POP early next year, and have paid extra for additional leg-room.
We have been allocated row 14, which are exit row seats, but adjacent to the loo. Row 20 are shown as extra leg-room seats, but this is not an actual exit row.
Can anyone tell the actual pitch in row 20 - my current thinking is to go for slightly less room, but more peace and quiet!
