On the Fr 1902 yesterday a woman coming down the rear steps got her leg caught in the gap caused when the steps are raised for use at the rear of the aircraft, for some reason hydraulic failure or steps not Set properly the steps lowered severing the womans leg. No news about the womans condition hope she recovers from this horrific accident

I once had this happen to one of our disembarking passengers at a different airlie and it was awful. Broke her leg badly and managed to get a very large payout. Being the person that dealt with the injury, it was quite a horrific thing that the lady had to go through and I hope the lady in this instance makes a full recovery too. Not nice at all
