Have I made a mistake booking with Touchdown

Firstly apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum.

Basically I have taken advantage of being an airline employee and booked confirmed flights for LHR - MIA next year on BA with Touchdown Holidays.

Touchdown took full payment from myself and I got my amadeus res number with promise of e-tickets on 7th October, at this time my booking showed up correctly on checkmybooking.com . Anyway, yesterday I checked and my reservation had disappeared off the system, on contacting BA they said my booking had been cancelled.

I spoke to Touchdown and they said it was down to finger trouble and gave me a new reservation number. This displays correctly, however alarm bells are ringing because on the BA system it shows my flights as not being paid for and the booking will expire in 10 days. I'm hoping that Touchdown pay BA next week but am worried they will let this booking lapse like they did the last one.

Has anyone else experienced these problems?
