bmi diamond club
anyone have any joy on booking flights with their points, I have a whole stack of them and about the only route available seems to be lhr-gla, never seem to be any carribean or usa flights available. Seems like a total waste.

Hi smith,
bmi are abandoning the carribean and usa routes from March as they they are moving from MAN to LHR and using the aircraft to Cairo and Amman.
You will probably have to phone the call centre to book.
For tips on booking there is a large thread on the bmi diamond club section of Flyertalk;

Good luck!

Thanks for the link, I have joined ANA, do you know the ICC telephone number or do you just phone the 0845 number at Donnington? Can you use destination miles for the flights or is it status miles that are used? Oh and finally can you use destination miles on any star alliance flights o or just bmi?
Thanks
Smith
