TCD Pheonix rising? (sort of..)
Well, according to the old TCD web site, they are back into operation, but as an arm of Virgin Holidays. TravelCityDirect is Back
not a lot of info on how they are going to be run.
I cannot see there being enough capacity on the VS Orlando aircraft so it will be interesting to see how VH are going to play this...
