Best Club Seats On BA 777s
Does anyone have an opinion on what are the best Club World seats on BA's four-class 777s? This would be for a lone traveller who prefers window seats.
I am aware that rows 10 and 12 have mis-aligned windows and that row 15 has no windows but am unclear whether all (remaining) window seats give views over the wing. I assume that the seat layout is exactly the same irrespective of whether the aircraft has the newest version of Club World fitted.

P.S. Are three-class 777s ever substituted when there are no First bookings?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that introduction of the latest version of Club World had lead to reconfiguration of some aircraft - more a question of changing the balance of First/Club/WTP/WTp.
Do they ever sub a 3 class for a 4 class (or vice versa for that matter)? I've no doubt it does happen but it's unusual.
