Continental 757

Can anyone tell me what Continental airlines are like? Ill be flying from newark to manchster on a 757 (bit smaller than im use too) what are they like? Is there much leg room etc etc. I do have the choice of going with US airways or united however the connection time is longer which is why im thinking continental as its only a couple of hours.
