You might not get a seat back TV; we came back from Puerto Plata in March, due to fly in one of the nice FCA 767-200's, and it was subbed with a Tui 767-300, which had no seat back TV, and was in a somewhat "tired" state.. at least we got our premium supplement back...

I can tell you for sure it will be a TUI operated a/c as FCA does not exist any more, the FCA AOC and licences were revoked by the operator last week.

Holland-America best for Caribbean Cruises. Would rather have American and Canadian pax than drunken Brits.

You want to have a look at Cunard. Always a great mix of pax.

Been on a TUI to Barbados a couple of times. Seat pitch acceptable, width seems a little tight (maybe I'm too fat). Get a seat near the front or back so you get the drinks trolley first, they sometimes run out by the time they get to the middle (it was free drinks last time - 2 years ago, I assume same now) some of the pax near the front and back were ordering 6 or 8 G&Ts.
