BMI cancellation

Chose to book BMI to avoid T5 problems. Outbound flight re-scheduled a couple of weeks ago. Telephone call this morning cancelling return flight with virtually no realistic alternative. Wife definitely not happy...therefore I am unhappy big-time. Anything I should know? I control you chaps every day, but I can reassure you that this unfortunate occurrence will in no affect my service delivery.

Yes, the flight is cancelled. Hence the telephone call.

If you are left with no realistic alternative you are entitled to a full refund (restricted ticket or not). Then re book with the competition (perhaps even to LTN, STN, or LGW.

but I can reassure you that this unfortunate occurrence will in no (way) affect my service delivery.
= no special favours for BMI for a while
