Tier points - Where on BA.com?

Does anybody know where the rules about earning points with oneworld partners reside on BA.com? There used to be a nice PDF files describing everything about exec club.
Today's web site is not intuitive - thanks in advance!

What I am looking for is the rules. It used to be that for instance that UK to East coast US with AA was not eligible. Where is all that described?
