Dublin Serviceair
Why are US Airways baggage handlers Serviceair so slow in getting bags delivered on to appropriate belts at Dublin - last time I flew with US Airways it took over one hour. I complained to US Airways and it was waste of time.

Heidelberg,
There could be several reasons, some legitimate, others maybe not; why Servisair (not Serviceair) were late in delivering bags. Some of could be:
The flight arrived early and the planned equipment and staff were occupied on another aircraft
There could have been a problem with the aircraft - the hold doors had a fault, the in-hold system failed etc.
It could have been that the airport was operating at a peak and that there was no arrivla belt available
It could have been Servisair's fault in that either equipment failure or lack of staff prevented the efficinet offload.
and I could go on.....
One swallow does not make a summer.
One baggage delay of about 30 minutes, frustrating as it might be, does not necessarily mean that there is a problem.
