Erm easy1 don't think for 1 second that easyJet would condone this practice. Gate Gourmet are the suppliers (or salvagers going by this story) and they f*cked up (if the story is to be believed) their quantities of food ordered.

Personally I don't believe this story, but if there is any truth in it, the GTS contract should be terminated immediately and GTS prosecuted for every single health and safety and food hygiene breach that can be thrown at them.

Hasn't there been "issues" with Gate Gourmet at other airports?
