football in hold?

Hi,

Would it be ok to take an inflated football on a flight (thinking about the lower pressure at altitude) - or should I deflate it and take a pump / adapter and re inflate when at our destination?

thanks in advance for advice ...

From our loading manual:

Footballs, rugby balls etc
Permitted for carriage as checked baggage only, do NOT have to be partially deflated.

So in theory it will be fine.
