Redeeming QMILES

Hey

I've just tried to trade my QMILES from QR in for a Eurostar trip - I have no need to return to DOH

However this had to be done by fax. Sent the fax off about a fortnight ago & heard nowt, so used their contact us form on the website to chase up (about 4 or 5 days ago) and still heard nowt

I know what QR is like internally, so not exactly surprised so far - just wondering if anyone has
a: had the same experience
b: knows of a secret portal that I can use to contact someone to get this done!

I have used QMiles for flights and always had a response by email within 24 hours.

Hmmmm....maybe coz the flights are booked directly on the website, but for partner rewards such as this I had to fax - perhaps that's what causes the delay
