U.S. Customs and Border Protection Declaration Form 6059B
Heres a question.
I am going to the states, and I need to complete two forms, one boing the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Declaration Form 6059B.
I have done this before, and its not difficult, but this time its different.
I am travelling with my girlfriend and her parents plus brothers. On the form, its asks
"3. Print the number of family members traveling with you (do not include yourself)."
I believe I would answer 0 to this, as I am not officially related to any of them in any way, but my girlfriend would answer 4 (Mum,Dad+2 Bros). Is this correct. Or is their definition of family different?

In this case, you are on your own so "0" as you say. The choice then is for one of the rest of your party to be the "lead" traveller and they then present themselves with the rest of their direct family all included on the form...less the person who fills the form.
Or get married before you go...
