BA Lost Property??

My boss left her Ipod on either BA4550 Auckland to Hong Kong (op Cathay) or BA 32 Hong Kong to LHR... I've been designated to try and retrieve it. I'm not having any luck finding Lost Property depts on either airline... anyone got any ideas?
thanks

From BA.com
Who do I contact if I have left property onboard a British Airways flight or in a British Airways lounge?
Answer
Within the UK:
If you have left any property onboard a British Airways aircraft or in a British Airways lounge, you will need to contact the airport where the property was left/lost, or if onboard an aircraft, the airport you flew into. Please remember to have your flight details at hand (flight number, route, date).
UK Airport Contact numbers:
London Heathrow: 02087457727
Hope that helps
