part of me agrees/ part disagrees
If it was my kid, I would have put it in the hold.....but it isnt, so perhaps gets a seat in the cabin.
Where in the T and C does it permit passengers from talking to them selves.
I assume 1m$ will pacify the kid, as well as the family.
