Fog diversion in Sydney last week
You'd think they'd be better organised when a flight is diverted due to fog. It's not like it is a rare occurance, funnily enough it happened only three days previous.
Passengers on BA's LHR to SYD (as well as other flights), diverted to Brisbane last week, were left to sit on the tarmac for hours, before finally being allowed to disembark, and in our instance arrange our own transport back to Sydney.
Why does it take so long for airlines to get it together for the sanity of their passengers? It's the captive audience thing isn't it?
