Passport controls MAN last night

I flew in from Ankara via Munich last night arriving just about at 10 pm. Imagine my horror when the queue for passport control stretched not only afound the room bout out into the corridor and almost back to the aircraft. (well ok, not QUITE that bad but...). After an hour I could see that only 2 desks were handling EU passports, and one member of staff handling Non EU passports. Seeme I joined the wrong queue, as if I had gone in with all of the non EU guys, I would have been through in minutes, not the eventual hour and a half it took for a ten second check.

Only one workd describes it DIABOLICAL. I tried to sign up for the IRIS programme on my way out on Tuesday morning, but the centre doesn't open till after my plane leaves.

The queue seemed to be of US proportion, maybe we are trying to better their waiting times !
