Yes, from Liverpool Street Station, direct every 15 mins, takes 45 mins or so. Search for Stansted Express.

Leaves from Liverpool Street, so pretty central if you're in the City of London. Runs every 15 minutes from 05:00 to 23:00 (weekdays) and takes about 45 minutes to get to Stansted.

If you do not know the airport site - in any country- then search for it and then work backwards. This is particularly useful for airports in countires that you have never been to.
