ATA v Hawaiian
I am planning a return trip from Los Angeles to Hawaii next February.
Currently the lowest fares are with Southwest(ATA) and Hawaiian.
Of these two, is there any reason why I should pick one rather than the other? In "Airlinequality" site, each is measured as 3*. Are inflight services the same? I think I have to pay for food and drink(alcohol) on ATA, but not sure about Hawaiian. If anyone has travelled with either/both of these recently, would appreciate your views.

I haven't travelled with Hawaiian since 2000 (that's the year, not 8 o'clock!)
I found them to be terrible. I flew on a DC-10 from Hawaii to Las Vegas, with a 1 hour stopover in LA, not sure what they use now but the seats were awful and the in-flight service consisted of a croissant and a cup of water and that was it. Didn't see the crew after that.
