Flying tonight any tips

Hi can anybody give me an idea on how early to check in on a flight tonight @ 23.55 going corfu ?

If your flying with Excel and its LGW CFU the aircraft is currently ontime, but there is a long day ahead still, I would check in early due to the increased security restrictions.
