I recently used the Radisson. I was leaving very early in the morning and stayed the preceeding night and got 14 days parking for £149 (I think it was). The hotel (and their car park) is adjacent to the terminal and only a three minute walk. It was a higher price than other hotels but the value was high.

Have you tried http://www.superbreak.com or http://www.holidayextras.co.uk - I find them to generally have good "deals".

However for max value I too would only stay at the Radisson, as every other hotel involves you schlepping to the terminal in a van of somesort or other!!

cheers
FF

Stansted Radisson

And most importantly of all, the Radisson has the Wine Tower and more importantly, the Wine Angels...

Sorry - Thread creep, I know - very naughty - it's just that I could watch them for hours

Sorry, Sorry, Sorry!!!

Try www.corushotels.com then The Green Man in Old Harlow, Essex. They provide taxi's to/from the airport included in the rate.

Also try www.holidayextras.co.uk & www.superbreak,com

pf Nothing to stop you joining Mrs PF at the hotel for the night [nudge-nudge] and driving home in your own car?

However much I might agree with you
