Man to Goa

Am flying Man to Goa on Jan 30th (0030) and would like some advice on what the route might be, flying with First Choice (757 I think) and also please can you supply the route in relation to Countries flying over ?

Flight departs at 0030 on the 31/1 . Scheduled to fly on G-OOBK 767-300 .Not sure of exact routing
