Flying Blue – Flying Kafka?
Can anyone solve this conundrum.
I want to access my FB account; I don’t know what my online account pin number is:
If I ask the web site to remind me I get….
“We are not in a position to identify you. So, currently, for security reasons, we can not send your pincode by mail. Please contact Flying Blue.”
Trouble is that to email flying blue customer services, you need a pin number.
Does anyone know if there's an email address I can use that doesn't require a pin number I havent got?
(yes I could send them something by snail mail, but that would involve hard tasks like writing a letter, putting it in an envelope, and worse working out how much a stamp to France costs these days.)
