Arrow Legal liability of emergency row passengers & the F/A's who brief them.

There is an interesting discussion on the Q&A forum of Dunnunda and Godzone (Australia & New Zealand), that I feel might be of particular interest to passengers, esp. those allocated emergency row seats.
Although it initially started out discussing the 737, the comments and debate are applicable to all aircraft, and all airlines, and passengers who fly, I feel.

You can click here Legal liability of emergency exit row passengers, and Flight Attendants who brief them to go straight to page 2.
