Zoom ..anyone flown with them?

Hi all....just about to book Mrs EW and step EW to and from YYZ and Zoom look good....anyone any personal experience?

Went with them GLA - YYZ last year, absolutely fine, no problems at all.

Thinking about a trip with them to YYZ to visit family in the summer Eastern.

Probably one of the few cases I can afford to upgrade to Premium Economy or whatever their term is for it!

All in all very good.

If you can, premium economy is worth it. Was on a packed flight in the holiday season last year and was thankful for the better seats.
