Long stay car parking at EDI
Searched the usual channels, but cannot make up my mind. Any recommendations? Particularly looking at security and convenience.

I used Secure Airparks a couple of weeks ago. Cost £20 for 8 days.
They are situated at the Royal Highland Centre next door to the airport....transfer time around 2 minutes. I would quite happily use them again as everything worked well
Edited to add that it may be cheaper to go via an agent - e.g. Holiday Extras

The mainstream long term car park, and the car rentals, are now well removed from the terminal area at Edinburgh. The connection appears to be one single shuttle bus which operates to a fixed (though unpublished) timetable, as the driver waits for time outside the terminal. I reckon it adds 15-20 minutes to the whole process.
If you're going somewhere equidistant to EDI and GLA (say Lanarkshire) by rental car it has added sufficient time to tip the balance in favour of Glasgow, if flights are equal as they often are.
Well done EDI - not !
