FCA - Flt No 4708 LGW/Zante 01/05/05

1st Choice Flt No 4708 LGW – Zante 01/05/05

After 3yrs of paying to renew IR’s etc, This Flight Instructor is gonna go on a real airplane. Ok….I will be in the back going on holiday but it makes a pleasant change to a PA28. Does anyone know what a/c it is and if they offer to show people the pointy end whilst on stand ?

Regards

Hi,

This flight is currently planned on G-OOAP (A320) leaving at 6:00 from LGW to ZTH on 01/05/2005.

Sorry, no can do with reference to visiting the "pointy end" by this I take it that you mean flight deck. The CAA regs state that only authorised people can visit the FD at all.

If you need anymore info, just give us a shout.

If you ask the Flight Supervisor nicely when you board the ac, there should be a reasonable chance of looking at the flight deck once the ac is shut down on the apron at ZTH.

Don't ask to look at LGW as it is a bit busy at that stage, but most guys would have no probs with a look at the far end.

Enjoy your flight and your hols.
