I believe the flight is about 9 hours. It leaves at Midday so I presume we get some lunch. what happens after that as only one meal in 9 hours doesn't seem enough. Will we get another meal? bearing in mind that we arrive around 4pm local time or will we just get the one?

LHR-YYZ is 7 hours, I get main meal 1-1.5hr into the flight and a snack 1-1.5hr pre touchdown. I'd say it should be similar to ATL because people like to get kip in flight (something I wish I could do). Sandwiches and coffee or a cake is the usual.

Should be the usual trans-Atlantic service, as stated. Bar service soon after takeoff, followed by hot meal. Then the snack about 1½ hours before landing.

If you get peckish in between, just go to the galley and ask if there's anything to eat. If you're bored, you can sometimes get some good conversation, too - although this always depends on the mood of the crew on the day.
