TOM292 Schiphol-Cov 6th April
First post so don't flame me!
Does anyone know where I can get hold of the actual departure time of TOM292 from Schiphol to Coventry on 6th April?
The reason I'm asking is that I know the flight departed 0915GMT (i.e. 1015 local) but Thomsonfly are adamant that it departed 0815GMT. I think they've got their knickers in a twist. I need evidence of the actuals as I can claim on insurance if the delay exceeds 12 hours (from the cancelled TOM296 due out 5th April 21:55 local) to the actual 10:15 local the next day.
I'm getting very frustrated by Thomsonfly Customer relations as they just keep insisting the actual dep was 0815GMT despite having photographic evidence to the contrary.
