Question EI and travel agent bookings

having seen on the EI website great fares to heathrow for 9euro each way plus tax i ask:
with there conversion to a lo-co are these fares available through travel agents or is there a supplement to be paid

thanks in advance for any help.

lot of travel agents no longer take EI bookings, some charge a "handling fee" to make up the commission they used to get and which has been significantly reduced now.

If youv'e a credit card, on line booking works well, and will always get the cheapest fares
