Good experience with "free" ticket from CSA

It's always good to experience a high level of customer service.

I'm doing a training course in Atlanta in May and cashed in 50,000 CSA (Skyteam) miles for a ticket tonight.

The call centre agent in Prague was very helpful and managed to book me LGW/ATL/EWR/LHR on DL/CO, quite a task as the route is popular and I was booking at relatively short notice for an award ticket.

The taxes bill was GBP77.50, but this represents a saving of about GBP600 on the cheapest web option and a whopping GBP1400 on this exact routing.

So if anyone from CSA is reading the thread, thanks for another good experience and I hope to be flying again with you in Europe in the very near future.
