Mr Jones is due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on 5 December, regarding his behaviour whilst on VS to Japan on 1st June this year.

Oops! Thanks PV. I checked the regular forums before posting. I don't read JB as there is so much stuff in there, it would take too many hours out of the week. It will be interesting to see if VS now harden their attitude, after the times when they have caved in to celebs.

I only spotted it because I posted it on R&N as well! I hope I didn't soak up too much CPU time searching across all forums (fora?). We'll probably get a much more sophisticated discussion going here 
The Times today reports "He could face up to two years in prison or a £5,000 fine if convicted of being drunk on an aircraft." Here's hoping for a custodial sentence, anything else will be just like water off a duck's back (in one ear and out the other) ...
