Alitalia Punctuality

Having just completed 8 Alitalia sectors in a week (1 a code share operated by AF), I reflect on 12 hours airborne accompanied by 7 hours of delays.

Is this normal for AZ in anyone's experience?

I certainly will not be going out of my way to fly with this mob in the future

FWIW my experience with Alitalia is mainly confined to LHR-LIN (Milan). I haven't found their timekeeping to be any worse than normal, just the usual probs of getting into LHR during the evenings.
