Cutmore’s appeal set for April 25 – The National

The lawyer representing Cutmore is lodging an appeal.

Cutmore presently in hospital.

Apparently the basis of the appeal is that 18 years is too much because of his health. So it’s ok for a fit 25 year old to serve 18 years for an identical crime, but not him.

Meanwhile, he’s luxuriating in hospital no doubt on some trumped up medical diagnosis his lawyers arranged and paid for. It’s wonder he hasn’t identified as a woman and checked into the women’s prison.

Do the crime, do the time. He is a disgrace to the profession and should rot in Bomana.
