C210 in Wagga
 

EGW a C210 had a gear failure at YSWG. Emergency service were called out and the pilot circled for a while, then did a great gear up landing. All safe. Hats off to the pilot.

Geezus not that long out of the paint shop with full SIDS and gear door mod. Nice aircraft. 210T Rotten luck.

Isn't it in the 210 POH to shut down engine prior to forced landing ?

I reckon the sound that you hear on the video actually comes from the diesel engine of a fire truck adjacent to the camera.
