If you really really can't get your hands on an AIP just print off the MET section (3.3 maybe? been a while since i used AsA docs). That *should* cover you. And definitely get a PCA.

Did the met exam when they had 2 casa delegates overseeing the exam and I had both a PCA chart and also Jepps manual. I was informed that couldn't use both. I showed the Casa boys the difference between Jepps PCA and the PCA chart.
They said they would look into the matter but they did say that with the PEXO exam they're trying to put as much info on the question screen including the portion of the PCAchart in question.
I folded up my chart as I would prefer the use of the jepp manual for cross checking the abbreviations.
Didn't need the PCA as I think if I recall that the question showed a diagram of the chart.
However I would be like a good Boy Scout and come prepared
