YBRS and the Geelong Aero Club have taken an undeserved bad name hammering over a long period of time primarily by dirtdarts and our competitors.

We have always extended a warm welcome to visiting aviators and we will continue to do so with a club car available, the Bar open 5.00pm Saturdays and BBQs on Sundays for all to enjoy.:D

BUT for those who choose to belittle our beloved establishment BEWARE because
WE VIGOROUSLY PROTECT OURS and OUR OWN.:=

“There is talk that because of this the Geelong Council was going to throw some money at the Lethbridge airpark for sealed runways to take some of the traffic from Grovie. Is there any truth to this?”

If they do I think all hell will break loose as Lethbridge is in Golden Plains Shire not Geelong, but there again I believe the Geelong Mayor has mates at Lethbridge.

I guess the guy’s at YBRS which is in the Geelong Region will be pissed off and rightly so.
