Chopper down in Talbot Bay.

Heard a tourist chopper went in in Talbot Bay in the Kimberleys.
Any info?

Would not have liked to have been a pax in the water up there! Some beaut coastline, but man those crocs look big from 500ft! I would hate to take a dip in their kitchen!

I'm glad to hear that it was a great outcome for those involved. As Mach082 said it is a very unforgiving place when you get out of the safety net. I'll bet there are some people in need of a stiff drink about now...

It is good to hear indeed that everyone " walked " away from this one. :D
On the lighter side, i do not think they had much to worry about regarding wildlife. If i was a croc i would have been pretty quick to get out of the way of a crashing angry palm tree and worry about lunch much later. :)

Keep up with happy crash landings boys/girls, it has been too many sad ones lately.

:ok:

The aircraft was operating off a very large luxury motor-yacht. I am indeed jealous. It was on 9 news tonight.
