Bushy,

Thats no good is it, but it seems to be the level that GA is stuck at. But where does it start? I love the GA flying, however it is hard to make a career out of it. It frustrates me and many, probably yourself too, that there are still GA operators that who dont cater for the pilot body properly.

Not paying for ferry flights,
Not paying for on the job waiting time,
Not ensuring the clients provide suitable resting accomodation,
making staff pay for training,
etc,

The list goes on. These basic issues need to be addressed by all operators for conditions to improve accross the board. More pilots may then choose GA as a career rather than a stepping stone.
