I've contacted The Norman and have had an area set aside for us (The Gabba Lockup :eek: ) in the back right corner........so walk in, go past the BBQ/food service area, keeping it on your left - bar on the right, and in the direction of Ipswich Road (which you won't see, because there's a brick wall between it and the pub!).
Walk past the food collection counter and hang a left, and you'll see us in the corner.
The area where the tables are reserved, in the name of PPRuNe, is called Fountain Court.
If you are lost, just listen out for GoGirl's laugh, and Ozsex's continual ramblings of why Beechcraft consistently beat the cr@p out of all other comers - esp. Cessna aircraft.

(Don't forget the secret PPRuNe handshake ;) )

Looks as though I won't be driving back Saturday night so does anyone know the name of the hotel opposite the Mater Hospital? As Woomera said - a most appropriate location!!

Roster is out and the gremlins have been kind. I'm scheduled into BNE about 1330. So by the time we get to the hotel, change and pub it'll be about 1500 I reckon.

I hope the gremlins continue to be nice and the trip doesn't get changed on me!

Paid me airfare yesterday, so I'm a certain starter. Arriving BNE on 30 April (coz I want to get a head start on all the others! :D ) at 6:05 PM, if the Pixie is on time! :}
